The long-awaited return of Melbourne’s seminal psych-revivalists from the 1980’s.
Tyrnaround gained widespread notoriety for their original songs, notably “Colour Your Mind” which is considered a classic of the acid rock genre. The recordings and live shows featured fuzz guitars, swirling keyboards and trippy vocals in the mould of XTC’s Dukes of Stratosphear project, and Tyrnaround’s records are now prized by collectors.
2019 saw the band release a compilation album on Spanish label Guerssen, featuring the best of the early psych works.

Tyrnaround’s original members Gavin Gray (drums), Pete Fidler (guitar) and Ken Gardner (keyboards) are joined by Ashley Naylor (bass, vocals) for a reunion show decades in the making!
Tyrnaround will be playing two sets of originals and psychedelic classics, including Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd, Beatles, The Who, Kinks.
