The Hollowmen - Celebrating 35 Years of 'So Long'

*** PLEASE NOTE, THIS SHOW IS NOW SOLD OUT ***

Having formed in 1985, and with two previous line ups behind them, The Hollowmen were ready to record with their latest and most refined iteration. Gina Hearnden had joined Mal Stanley and Billy Baxter on vocals to establish an intuitive and intoxicating harmonic blend.

Bouyed by new material and a refreshed attitude, the band recorded what was to become their most successful and immediate release - ‘So Long’

Critics responded with favour, and fans with fervour, with The Hollowmen filling shows to capacity.

‘So Long’ proved apocryphal.

The band would break up in 1991 leaving the stage after a mammoth 3 hour sold out show at The Club.

Now, 35 years later, Stanley, Hearnden and Baxter, along with the stellar rhythm  section of Archie Cuthbertson and John Drayton, reunite to celebrate and perform ‘so long’ in its entirety.

35 years is a long time, but the wait will be worth it.

Support for the night is ‘There She Goes’. Doors open at 7pm and tickets can be purchased below:
