In the realm of storytellers, Kerryn Fields emerges as a widely adored figure. Her powerful songs, baritone brilliance and string-plucking virtuosity leave audiences transfixed, crying, laughing and dipping their fingers into all the layers of the universe - after which they lick them in public, because this life is kind of delicious.

Fuelled by reverence, integrity and a deep spiritual connection to the human experience, New Zealand songwriter Kerryn Fields paints timeless musical portraits that do what others rarely can: bring us home to ourselves.

With several awards and nominations to her name (Music Victoria Best Folk Work 2022, Music Victoria Best Solo Artist & Best Record Finalist 2022, MLT Songwriting Award 2019), Fields’ trademark warmth of character , evident in both life and music, fuels a creative offering that expands well beyond her command of guitar, voice and audience.

Australian Cosmic Country Queen Freya Josephine Hollick has mined a rich alluvial songwriting vein across 3 full-length albums including The Unceremonious Junking Of Me (2015), 2018’s Feral Fusion and most recently 2022’s The Real World. As a young child cherry picking her dad’s hip 70’s record collection, she was exposed to the cosmic sounds of outliers like Townes Van Zandt, The Band and Gene Clark, authentic storytellers with pioneering spirit. The resultant contact high imbued Freya’s spirit, solidifying her desire to deal in that same brand of raw, heartfelt writing.

D.C. Maxwell is a Melbourne based performer from Aotearoa/New Zealand.

With the frenetic energy of a punk preacher, Maxwell’s live show sees him physically embody each of his songs with intense passion. A troubadour, a magnetic performer, but foremost a storyteller, the mosaic of his music creates a world of love and loss in roadside motel rooms and the inner lives of small-town dreamers.

Called a "remarkable, enigmatic performer" by Rolling Stone AU, his debut album Lone Rider was released in 2023 via Danger Collective Records (US), and received widespread acclaim.
