Returning to George Lane for a Matinee Session, Jeff Jenkins & his band The Heartstarters will be performing original songs from their album BOY MEETS GIRL, and some as yet unrecorded new originals - it’s a blend of various influences, rock, blues, tender ballads, and rousing anthems, all written from the heart.
Plus they’ll throw in a couple of songs they wish they’d written, from artists like Talking Heads, The Clash, Tom Petty, Elvis Costello, and The Beatles. Since their last performance here at George Lane, they’ve supported the legendary Brian Cadd and had a sold out show at Rochford Concert Lounge.
